Sipur Kis (“Story Pocket”) is an independent theatre company founded by puppeteers Hadas Tzadik and Rina Pinchover, creating shows, workshops, and activities for children of all ages. Their performances combine puppetry, movement, crafts, and object theatre, with a strong focus on handmade props and visual storytelling. Their first production, Spinning a Tale — a contemporary take on Sleeping Beauty — was supported by the Israeli Ministry of Culture and performed at festivals locally and abroad.
The founders needed a brand identity and website that reflected their artistic, boutique approach while staying playful and engaging for both children and adults. The identity had to capture their unique language of movement, textures, forms, and colors, and highlight the imaginative, handcrafted qualities of their work.
Working closely with the team, I developed a visual language centered on movement, imagination, and storytelling. The logo features a pocket, from which the two creators pull out a sun and moon, symbolizing the magic of stories told through their hands. The identity combines line and blot elements, organic shapes, and real objects to reflect the world of puppetry, while the website presents their work in a clear, professional, and visually engaging way.
