AI assistant that turns design-system documentation into an interactive knowledge base — making guidelines faster to find, easier to understand, and scalable as the system grows.

The project began with extensive research into design-system best practices. I wrote and curated the documentation, covering principles, accessibility guidelines, and component usage. Using NotebookLM, I then organized this material into a structured knowledge base and trained an AI assistant to respond with clear, contextual answers. This shifted the design system from static documents into a dynamic, queryable resource.

Beyond answering questions, the assistant serves as a bridge between design and development, ensuring consistency across the system. It supports learning by guiding team members through standards in a more natural way, and it scales easily as the system grows. The project highlights my ability to combine UX writing, structured information design, and AI tools to create more usable and future-proof design resources.
